People do not naturally think of uncertainties, and cannot list the important uncertainties that they need to characterize.
- Use the Clairvoyant question to find the uncertainties among the issues.

- Moreover, for the clarity test, you should ask what the uncertainties exactly mean. (i.e., what do you mean by "higher sales"?).
